honestly i might be a little too perfectionistic regarding what i write and what i post... like, seriously, while writing this, i looked up the word perfectionistic just to make sure i was using it correctly. i'm not giving it up, tho.

Dante's design is really cool, i love the belts and the sleeves and everything, but i can't deny that something about Virgil being a pink, rose-themed girl really appeals to me.

then again, i don't post here often and i've been busy and distracted so... not much i'd say anyways lol

I ran an Underground Amiibo Gambling Ring when I was in college, and this was the poster. We would watch Amiibo fight in Smash Bros, and place bets with poker chips. This probably explains my Balatro addiction now

finally got to playing Scarlet Hollow and i already love it

the sound design specifically stood out to me. there's so much attention to detail and the sound effects feel very immersive... the ditchlings' noises in particular really creeped me out. i'm actually hooked.

i notice the slightest similarity between two plotlines or two characters from two different pieces of media and immediately start thinking about mushing them together or any potential crossover involving them. i've already got a lot of ideas. it's just how i work.

the way Umineko approaches fiction and creation is kinda beautiful, actually. Umineko presents creation as supernatural, even divine.
to make something is to challenge beings beyond humanity, beyond the mortal plane. it means building a world from scratch. thus, succeeding means becoming a God.

i haven't thought about assigning Madoka Magica characters to LGTS characters, just about them being put in such a scenario.

now you've given me lebkuchen time-loop/time-travel ideas...

i'll probably stick to just making a generic design at first, though, because the creative juices need to be directed elsewhere for now. otherwise i'll be left with a bunch of ideas and unfinished projects lol

i've had a few ideas for Elise from Little Goody Two Shoes as a magical girl. i was really just concerned about the aesthetic and a potential design, but now i'm realizing that some elements of Madoka Magica would work very well when placed in LGTS context.

i had a thought about drawing Marisa Kirisame as a Firework Substitute who makes pretty lights in the sky. it barely looks finished and was meant to be posted for New Year's, so it's pretty late. still, i think it turned out fine.

i'm currently thinking about the young, ambitious girl still living inside of Eva that just wanted her efforts acknowledged, that refused to bow down to anyone.
maybe she and Lambdadelta would get along.

they're probably planning for a season two here. i'm glad they're expanding on the world and that they have more stuff planned which they're preparing us for, but i do wish they had hinted at some of this stuff beforehand, like the existence of other civilizations or secret identities.

apparently, the pvpciv finale has been up for a while now. i didn't check this whole time because i was busy doing other things and was about a day late.

i did watch it now, though, and some of my ideas from before may have to wait because the last episode was practically a huge infodump.
