In Cambridge. It's been a fairly long time since I last saw a pedestrian crossing signal that starts the countdown at the beginning of the walk cycle!

When I am walking around in Boston and I approach a crosswalk with the walk signal on, I start hurrying to the curb as I chant "Please stay 'walk!' Please stay 'walk!' Please stay walk!'" so I can get into the crosswalk before the signal starts counting down.

First time riding one of the new Red Line trains with me NOT wearing my Sam Valentino fursuit!
