That’s great. My experience was they never were. Nobody ever commented, gave feedback—never used as a tool to support faculty—just paperwork. Glad to hear you’ve had a good experience 👍🏽

So, #academicbluesky, do you have to do annual faculty reports? I’ve always had to and when I was a department chair I also did one for the department. I feel like I won the academic lotto because the university I moved to doesn’t do them—just a goals meeting with chair at the start of the year.
