i tend to allow people who have damaged me to stay in my life far longer than i should. today someone who hurt me quite a bit in the past contacted me and instead of just being nice i asked him not to contact me anymore. he of course sent more messages so i blocked him. trying to feel good about it.

i had to ask my partner to stop sending me fb reels today because i just don't even want to look at it. but i also don't want to announce my departure or post my bluesky username because i want to be able to keep it mostly deshittified over here and also not feel guilty when i don't add someone.
