I was going to say let me know when and I’ll meet up with you but after seeing your post re Ouzels on Cleeve Common, I reckon you’re jinxed, so I’ll pass on that 😉

Not a place I usually go to but I’ve given up on Bredon Hill for R O this year. Also only took me one hour at that time of morning which was a bonus.

Bredon Hill. There could be Ouzels there, but I can’t see them through the mist.

Possibly two along the same track but I wasn’t sure if it was the same one, so only stated one.

Great day in FOD. 8+ Goshawk from New Fancy with 2 getting romantic in a treetop. Finished at Nags Head with several Mandarin from lower hide and a very showy Firecrest near the visitor’s centre.

From dawn, 3 hours standing in a very cold Wyre Forest looking for LSW. One nanosecond view of a female was all I got. Lots of GSW , Green Woody and the usual fare. No Marsh Tit and didn’t look for Dipper. #worcsbirds

Dawn visited to a very wet Wyre Forest. LSW heard briefly but not seen. Flyover Goshawk which was a surprise considering the weather. Several Bullfinch free of tassel foot. #worcsbirds

Thanks. I’ve missed them the last 3 or 4 times I’ve been. They’re always reported as I head back up the M5 🤨

I don’t believe that it is planning policy. It is reported incorrectly. I believe it’s part of a consultation on changes to planning policy and then, it will only be implemented as guidance on how house builders can achieve biodiversity net gain.

Either way, hopefully they’ll stay away from the guns.

Loads of Pheasants have been released close by. I wonder if they’ve also released some GP?
