In 2014, at today’s prices, the equivalent of $53,000,000,000 of Bitcoin (600,000) vanished from a bitcoin exchange in Tokyo—Mt.Gox.
It was at the time the largest heist of cryptocurrency in history.
And for me, it was the start of a story that I would follow for almost a decade
