I have a feeling that this cast of Taskmaster will be chaos (complementary)

Have I got this right - Someone who seems to pride themselves on having been a human rights lawyer has said not a single thing about the threat to wipe out a civilisation? Is that what's happened?
A 'Dinosaur Smarties' Easter egg.
Erm, they're called palaeontologists, actually.
Switched the news on. Wes streeting was on. Switched off the news. I don't have the words to describe how much I hate that weasel of a man. Everything about him is inauthentic
What a beautiful moment.
And if I've understood correctly, they're communicating by using frickin' lasers #ArtemisII
There are people going *around the moon*. And we're watching it in real time
How mad is that?
#ArtemisII
The second series of Last One Laughing wasn't as good as the first. It should have been great as it was a strong lineup
I just hope that the joke about jack whitehall hosting #SNLUK next week was a joke
He speaks a bit posh. That's his whole thing
Kasabian are underwhelming aren't they?
*strongest
"In the strangest possible terms - Hello"
#SNLUK has it to a tee
Strong winds outside. Don't like it. I need sleep
There are people who are closer to the Moon than to Earth. What a mad thing to think about
"Your English is very good"
"I'm Australian"
"Ahhhh"
Ha ha ha ha. Love a bit of Race Across the World
And, as is tradition, there's immediately one person in Race Across the World who I don't like
I love how on episode 1 of the new Race Across the World, someone suggested they'd just get the train to the first checkpoint. Yes. Of course the first checkpoint is just a simple train journey away. Ha ha
Well, this is lovely
Also a good tour. Saw the show live, worth a watch
Audio on to hear the full range of humanity - people excited, mystified, disinterested, and then the payoff of the pilot at the end.
Tweet from Ira Joseph, a former natgas analyst at Platts now at Columbia Center on Global Energy Policy: "Permanent demand destruction outside the US is the fear here for an oil/gas industry more used to price spikes creating shorter term demand curtailment. Government policy shifting from gasoline/diesel to EV/renewables subsidies is not a hard sell at $100 Brent. @ColumbiaUEnergy " He's quote-tweeting an FT story "Will $100 oil speed up the EV shift?"
I keep saying it but the oil industry HATES this. They know the gig is up when it becomes too high, too unpredictable, for too long. Some more illustrations of this below 🧵
Just seen a quick press clip from the #ArtemisII crew. Man that module looks smaaaaalllll
Kanye performed in front of 70,000 people at SoFi Stadium last night, Netflix announces Louis CK concert as part of Netflix is a Joke Festival and Long Island Ducks sign Trevor Bauer. There is no such thing as Cancel Culture. That’s just in the last 24 hours.
It's getting better now. They need to figure out a way to bring back Dr Cox and the Janitor though. Those characters are missing, the others need to bounce off then at times
It's that there's a limited amount of resources to go round. Reducing the prices doesn't solve that problem. We needed to transition to alternative fuel types 30 years ago. Another good time to do that is now
This was absolutely brilliant. What a rollercoaster
Even in space you can't get away from doing emails
the level of pent-up horniness for a rocket launch that doesn't benefit or involve elon musk exceeds even my high expectations
this just made me the most interested I have ever been in going to space
Very impressive how stable they've got the spacecraft just ahead of Artemis to stream all this video back to earth
But can the launch be earlier next time please, NASA? I'm shattered & calling it a night #ArtemisII
