Heard something fall in the other room earlier. Went out to check and found nothing out of place. Cut to 2 hours later when I opened the fridge to get lunch where I found the remnants of a coke zero explosion and connected the dots.

Unbelievably humid race day. Ended at 2:46:06. Would've liked closer to 2:15-2:30 but it wasn't in the cards with the weather. Maybe next year

Sorry for long ass thread it's over now

Last weekend I finally invested in a pair of actual running shoes and the last 2 days I put them to the test. My 5k pace for my normal route dropped by over a 30 second average. Today I crushed my single mile PR by almost a minute. Stats below but man it's crazy how much the shoes help.
