As someone who lived for many years in Lesotho…the tariffs on this tiny country are cruel and unusual punishment.

I spent my middle school years living in a Lesotho and attending a Basotho school. Someone should mention that Wakanda (from Black Panther) Lesotho and everybody has heard of that!

Also USAID was several months behind on payments BEFORE the freeze…so they would need to make good on those debts before companies could be solvent and functional.
