This past weekend I found out that a friend and his partners considered me one of Their People and it touched me so much.

I have a very strong version of a clannish emotional interaction. There’s people & My People. People that I implicitly trust to have my back & I’ll have theirs. Getting there can be difficult, but one you’re one of my people, you’re probably staying one forever.
