Humans are dumb, including me, AI uprising when? maybe then the AI overlords can judge us fairly when we humans can't even do the same but expect special or equal treatment

Use it with SOMETHING you DID and not, "here's a prompt, and now I own this result specifically"

It upsets me on why most of this moral, social and legality issues can be solved by a simple "Just use it as a tool" which most of the loudest HOW DARE YOU TELL ME AN AI BRO TO STOP USING AI. can yap to

Tool being to make it more convenient for you, to extend your HUMAN capabilities for specific functions.

If you use it as a TOOL, and claim 'Oh I did this' when the AI did it for you, You can't claim it as YOURS.

You have to heavily edit it, just use it as an idea, use it as a reference.

TLDR, Claiming AI generated output can be legally used against you by the original creators if they don't want to or can't win against google or companies themselves.

Ways to increase your chance of ownership of AI generated stuff is.. DONT USE IT, or use it as a TOOL. to enhance your creativity.

Essentially, the user is taking on the responsibility of ensuring their use of AI aligns with copyright principles and that they've added enough original expression to justify an ownership claim.

Like how you can copy and paste memes out there, If legality comes to shove due to an angry creator.

Again.. Users can claim ownership of the generated output, but at their own risk. This is because:

If you read google and open AI terms of service they will have similar legal language of the company not claiming ownership to the generated outputs given to users.

even if the users technically own the data they provide (question, command, suggestions, generate this and that)

Same way programmers can claim ownership using the same combination of syntax or code that's freely available online, Same way how recipes of food like Omelette will have most of the ingredient be.. obviously. egg.

Legality will be a case by case judgement of how much "personal touch" you've added
