Sure, why is it not murder?

Abortion is murder. There is no way around it.
It fundamentally does not. You always lose a life with an abortion.
You might be what I'm looking for. I'm an abolitionist, I'm looking for a scientific, research backed argument for abortion. I would love to see what data you have.
This is false, all of these procedures are allowed under all abortion laws. Stop fear mongering.
D&C can be performed in all states to remove the body of a dead baby. There are no total ban states, abortion is legal in all states. Some states only allow abortion for "medically necessary" abortions or before fetal heartbeat.
I'm an American simply trying to advocate against abortion. Read her book and find out what Margaret Sanger and planned parenthood are all about. She targeted Black Americans. If she targeted another group, I would have said that. No race baiting here.
Children die when abortion is legal
Abortion should be considered murder.
Okay, but what about when you choose to do something with your body, that kills someone else. Like with murder, or abortion. Should you still have that freedom?
youtu.be/X1BlWVlDH_E?...
...okay did you actually look or are you just stating falsehoods because it's fun
You do know that most European countries have more strict abortion laws right?
Gotcha, I like them a lot and think they have very good arguments. I struggle however with their root in Christianity. But that's by no means to disparage the work they do. They are my inspiration to do this work
I'm not, I don't actually know that that is ๐
This is of course a generalization and not fact for every doctor, but if you took a poll of the entirety of the medical establishment and everyone in it that would be willing to bet money that they fall on a pro abortion side.
I'm going to be charitable here. Doctors are taught through a particular political lens where if you have any conservative beliefs at all you were usually pushed out of those programs. So when doctors see the fear-mongering around these laws they just believe it instead of actually checking.
It's almost like doctors are being willfully ignorant and as a result being medically negligent.
They don't have to ask a lawyer they just have to read the law. There are hundreds of other things that doctors need to understand about the law in order to practice, why are doctors suddenly unable to understand the laws in this specific situation of abortion.
And I have a question for you. Hypothetically, if this law was perfectly clear about its boundaries on when an abortion can happen. Would you be okay with it then?
Here you go, the law is crystal clear. The law writes a blank check to doctors to do whatever is in their reasonable medical judgment. These doctors need to read the law instead of relying on the fear mongering that you and every other pro abortion advocate is pushing.
So if you look into this story at all, you will see that under Texas code 170a, there is no provision saying she couldn't get a D&C for an already dead child.. Doctors are allowed to remove a dead baby from the womb in all states that have restricted abortion to medical necessity. Hope this helps.
Do you get excited when these stories come out? Do you get excited to stand on the bodies of these women and lie about what happened to them so you can justify the millions of elective abortions where a child is killed for no reason other than they weren't wanted?
This one is really simple, she had a miscarriage, baby is dead right. Texas law 170a does not make it illegal to remove a dead baby from a mothers womb. If anyone is held accountable here it should be the doctors that stay willfully ignorant of the laws.
You are lying, or misinformed. She died due to sepsis resulting from Strep and a UTI. Her miscarriage happened because of sepsis related stress. Stop standing on the bodies of these women to fear monger about these laws.
They are formed developing human beings, The overwhelming consensus in the scientific community is that life begins at conception. I don't want anyone to die. I am enraged that people kill women and children, but murder is already illegal. Abortion is currently legal in all states.
So should we just allow murder because some people still do it?.
Should we try and make murder safe for people who try and commit it because it's dangerous to try and kill somebody?
By your logic we should just have no laws.
Because that's already illegal, if you do that to a woman you should be arrested. Abortion is not illegal in the United States, it's special murder rights that women have to kill their unborn children. That's why I advocate for its abolition.
This is not a man versus woman issue, this is fundamentally an ethics issue where many women believe that abortion is murder.
No I don't have a uterus, but as a former fetus I'm happy I wasn't aborted. I have many people in my life that I care about deeply that would be affected. Some of them agree with me that they don't want to see their fellow human beings killed, and they have uteruses.
