half of one so I mixed with with Korean chili flakes Birds Eye, grapefruit juice garlic salt pepper and palm sugar Just let that simmer thicken reduce and put it on any meat. I think it’d be better with a purple or a pink grapefruit but the white one is mild enough to work and just adjust to taste.
