You can set the default formatting in the iOS app to mirror the formatting set on your computer (as long as the same font is available on all devices) so that you don't have that quirk anymore. It does have to be set on each device, though.

You shouldn't need to fix formatting one paragraph at a time! Are you talking about the formatting of the document in the main editor (as in, the formatting of what you're writing, not something you're compiling to get it out of Scrivener)?
