I'll have to review. I felt so happy to catch Sunday's (? Maybe, I've lost track) win
Sad there's been so many late ball games recently. I need baseball evenings
I have like 20 minutes of errands to do tonight. Two stops, all within 3 km of home. But I don't wannaaaaaaaaa
I'm at the stage of burnout where all that is trending downward for me; I'm definitely not at my best. Was doing better for a few weeks with treatment via meds, but we're at our busy season so I am once again feeling a little scattered. Just gotta hang in there ๐
Same kind of day here. And I so desperately need to be dialled in from now until June ๐ญ
This has already been the longest possible work day of my life. Day 2 of return to office....
This! There is no physical possible way for me to use transit after I drop off my child at before school care, unless I want to be a whole hour late for work.
I have had this guy be an asshole to me about my body and fitness before, via a free consultation for his gym when he first opened it. It was online, and we'd never even met in person. He's truly awful.
It's the husband of a woman who lets the dog walk up into the middle of the front yard to do its business too. She's done it right in front of me as I walked to the car. I may not have a dog now, but I used to, and letting it eliminate in anyone's property was a hard no.
I can't believe I had to tell someone not to allow their dog to pee directly on our green bin. Is it just me or is that terribly disrespectful?
2am and it's torrential out there. Won't be surprised if there is thunder coming
This makes me want to go find it and watch it. I got home mid 1st so I just barely missed it
Fantastic description ๐ I'm sorry I missed it. I think it would have been cathartic, especially since it was followed by a handily-won game
Can't call the weekend restful, but it was certainly productive.
I don't think I'll have a restful weekend for another 4-5 months but that doesn't mean they're bad. Just busy.
Pretty sure one of those potholes threw out my alignment too. It's a brutal stretch, especially when it's been raining enough to hide the holes
I wasn't home but teen tells me the broadcast of the Jays game started with a Hoffman diss video lol
It's because he's looking kind of upward at you, like he's in charge of the ER but he'd probably do whatever you say off the clock ๐ซฃ๐คญ๐คญ
Hanging out at the library catching up on some stuff while Daughter is at a birthday party. I โค๏ธ the various ways patrons use Public Libraries. It's such a wonderful place to people watch and know that everyone is welcome here.
I'm with you almost to the word. It's busy season at work, it's busy season with the kids, and I have a major trip in 6 weeks that I'm nervous may be impacted by fuel shortages as well. If it is, there are no second chances for this one.
I have loathed grocery stores since I was a preschooler and the $6 fee to avoid them is absolutely worth it
Oh heck yes. Sometimes the one less place you need to be in a given week is an incredible gift.
See also: on any weekend where I feel I need to work to catch up, I should not have to step foot in a grocery store.
This is quite the capture ๐๐
The ABSOLUTE pleasure of realizing that I don't have to make a separate trip back out today or tomorrow because I can simply have my groceries delivered is doing so much for my mental health today.
I went on a Jagged Little Pill binge the other day. It's been a great many years since I listened to that album from beginning to end, and I still know all the lyrics
evil wife evil life
Absolutely the best. 2 out of 4 people in my home agree. The other two make me use real cheese lol
We get all kinds of weird things that come in with the firewood that we processed ourselves. Extra pressed is one way to put it ๐๐ I chortled
Exactly. I have empathy for a lot of things but pls don't make me use it on insects.
