It's like any other ingredient. You can overdo it, and the food is no longer enjoyable, or you can take a tiny amount of a screaming hot pepper and get some heat, but more importantly, the fruit profile of the pepper as a compliment to your dish.

Hot peppers are great, but I don’t recommend you dive into the deep end if you want to eat and enjoy them often. There are tons of low SHU peppers to get started on without having to step up to something like a jalapeño that is probably too hot for you to enjoy regularly at this point.

The Washington Post published a clear video of federal agents removing Alex Pretti's handgun moments before he was fatally shot. There's nothing in the video to suggest Pretti even reached for his weapon.

ICE attacked an observer after they tailed a group of clergy on a spiritual pilgrimage.

Our digital producer @sam.vp just so happened to be with the clergy on their journey. He spoke with the observer who was attacked and others who witnessed the assault.
