Quick update--
We placed an offer on a house that was accepted and then the seller walked it back like the assholes they are. So we're still house hunting. Sigh.
Malley needs surgery on both rear legs but it's likely he wouldn't survive it.

I hear you. A cold front's moving in today coupled with a wind storm, so the wind in the trees is causing my anxiety to spike
& the cold front's making every bone in my body ache, plus the pressure shift headache. I've managed to write 860 words today and count that as a win, all things considered.

Target is freaking evil. :(

The worst part is the whisper network... If someone doesn't happen to HEAR the whisper, they don't know until it's too late. Look at Gaiman. Apparently lots of folks whispered about him and yet so many of us had no freaking clue.

Up until we got to the house we just sold, I moved every three years my entire life. That and evangelical hell as a kid made it hard to put down roots anywhere.
I finally did with this last house and the greater Seattle area & C0VID killed it. Now we’re moving further way from friends,

It sold in 6 days and closed in just under a month so it went fast! :) Now to start looking for a house.
