AAAAA you've just reminded me - a song she was involved in and with which I was obsessed in 1994 but I lost the cassingle that I bought and couldn't remember what it was - until now; it was this (thanks!):

one of my students on Friday "my parents gave me Rosalia's Lux vynil as a birthday, what do you think of it". Motomum I said but she didn't understood it. I have to be more precise on my statements

Like the new Honey Dijon record, a sort-of best off from the house sound of Chicago during a visit to a lot of old and new nightclubs (no juke apparently but check closely the last 2 tracks, it's there). Hannah Lew some nice tracks but that's it. Not really into Eaves Wilder(sorry my bad for sure)

Another song of the year. There was "ESCAPISM." then "Holy, Holy" and this completes the triangle:

#np Le SuperHomard's Meadow Lane Park. I sometimes forget albums I've bought and loved for three months. Seven years old now. This is a number one single in my heart. www.youtube.com/watch?v=fiiF...

The Itch - Space In The Cab (Official)
YouTube video by TheItchVEVO
most likely I'm wrong but I think there's quite a trend of female-male duos doing electro house or retrieveing all kinds of dance music from 80s onwards and doing it with CONFIDENCE. I call it the Confidence Man influence www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tpxg...

only 4 tracks available but it sounds like another fine TMBG album. Book , a few years ago, was very good perhaps their best in decades tbh. This one looks promising so far

the new Blackpink is a bit bonkers in that they sound restrained by an all omnipresent AI-producer telling them " this ain't your solo record! Do as you were told!". On the other hand , BTS even if the AI-slop is there in some way, they have used their curator talent to move beyond that

they should be more recognized as influential not in depth nor in specific bands/artists but on the margins of a lot of post-rock in the 90s. Even in some of the more experimental trip-hop records from 96 onwards, especially in some Central Europe labels

HOLV which was one of my first CDs, bought from my own money and still like it a lot. The Fontana years meh. But by late 90s early 00s, finally came to listen to all the older albums and Treasure,Head Over Heels are my favourites since then. Although their collaboration w Harold Budd is crucial imho

Cocteau Twins hey? Here's my personal experience with them.In my high school they were quite margin and radio airplay was scarce. This Mortal Coil was a big hit in PT though. I mean really BIG.
The first album I've listened was Blue Bell Knoll, the complete album on radio. Fantastic. Then came

Monoliths and Dimensions is their best imho and, since then, with the exception of Soused, they have been replicating that mixing the worst bits and pieces of the White 1 and 2. I actually lasted 2 tracks on this one, got asleep on track 3
