Looks like #Lilypad has a benefit of acting as a beacon for solo #geocachers. Share your location while on a remote or risky hunt so if the worst happens people can find you. One of the most dangerous parts of #geocaching is purposely putting yourself in hidden spaces and places while searching.

Checking out the new app from #Groundspeak for #Geocaching communication, #Lilypad. Still kind of a ghost town, but I think it was only really publicized a few minutes ago, so that's a fair shake.

I skipped the AMS on the mini, it looked too unwieldy and big. Plus I really don't have a place for the A1m itself let alone it's external AMS.

I was too lazy to get an extension cord from the basement, but not so lazy as to not haul my 30lb battery out of a nearby closet.

Initial calibration on my freshly unpacked @bambulabglobal.bsky.social A1 Mini, I'll need to find it a permanent home closer to its older and larger brother the X1 once it's done.
