I think that's the minimum age for ushers.

I once realized my stage manager was younger than my cat.
Huh. It has been mathematically (and legally) possible since 2025 for me to be older than four of my co-workers' ages, added together.

Can the salvation of the Literature Club be something as simple as blackmail?

Would the city be open to renaming it Les Anges?
I am very confused about making it onto the ballot, as the pattern has been that I only get on when the con is outside the US. Did Canada annex LA?
I've never been involved in a serious plane mishap.
What would happen is I'd land in LA, my grandfather's banjo-related FBI file would be rediscovered and I'd end up in some ICE hellhole.
Thank you!

As this is my _sixth_ time... :)
I of course managed to be on a train when this went live. Sharing on social media will have to wait....
Can anyone who has not yet read Murder in Millennium VI truly call themselves an SF fan?
Stephen Miller has the thoughtful expression of a father considering what brand of cyanide he will use on his kids when the regime falls.

I spent most of the day in a semi-coma, if it helps.
being grossly underestimated or ignored by racist white people.
Later, the team added a boring guy whose name I am not going to look up.
Joshua and Rosabel Newton, Tuskegee Institute graduates, whose inventor bosses were murdered. Author Paul Ernst seems to have been determined to have African Americans on the team.
Justice Inc was first published in the late 1930s.
Joshua and Rosabel's skills included (con't)
Petite Nelly Gray, even more fantastically wealthy than Benson and an adept martial artist. I think criminals killed her father. I have no read the story where she was introduced since the 1970s.
(con't)
Algernon Heathcote “Smitty” Smith, a mechanic/engineer who was framed for a crime he did not commit.
Smitty was supposed to be black and while that got changed in the text, there's apparently early art of Smitty as a black man.
(con't)
Richard Benson, Adventurer! whose insistence on boarding a plane because he was in a rush got his wife and daughter killed, and left him with a very useful facial paralysis.
Morose Scotsman Fergus “Mac” MacMurdie is a skilled pharmacist and chemist whose family was killed by gangsters. (con't)
I think that is Justice Machine. Justice Inc was much earlier, about a group of people all of whom had been wronged by criminals, getting together to confound contrived criminal schemes.
Members were (con't)
Legion of Superheroes in the very early, extremely prissy, obsessive adherence to club rules beyond reason but also absurd rules lawyering, era.
Justice Inc, because members got to be best at their thing and they mostly weren't dicks to each other that I recall.
I thought it was an appropriate moment to scatter rushes on the floor but I've never known how to reed a room.
Potential disruption to GRT buses
GRT bus drivers will be in a position to strike on May 1. In the event of a strike, buses will not operate. The Ion will.
