Indeed a “scathing portrait” of Starmer and worth reading.
But none of this is new. These weaknesses were there in four years as opposition leader.
The media hid it. Just like they did with Johnson. Just like they’re doing with Farage now.

So the country is stuck with Starmer not because he's good but because Labour would fall apart without him.
That's the bar. Not competence. Not honesty. Just human glue for a collapsing party.
May 7th can't come soon enough. 🗳️

King 'warned Starmer against appointing Mandelson as US ambassador' His Majesty is reported to have penned two notes raising his concerns about naming the controversial peer as the UK's top diplomat in Washington DC .

'Do you really think that's wise?' is what King Charles wrote on a note accompanying his sign off on Mandelson's appointment. So how did the King get to that conclusion without any vetting reports or secret briefings but Starmer couldn't?

Hit, sunk and destroyed. I assume Starmer's statement at 3pm is a resignation speech?
There's no way back from this latest disclosure.

Is this and removing trial by jury what they meant by "vote for change"?

Update on how 30+ years of rail privatisation has worked out for the UK.
Less electrification means more reliance on fossil fuels, which are now getting more and more expensive.

Minister misled parliament over arms exports to Israel Chris Bryant told a parliamentary committee that UK-made aircraft parts would not benefit Israeli fighter pilots. His briefing said otherwise.

It's not just Starmer. Here's another who "misled" (posh for lied) Parliament and who should also resign. Labour are rotten to the core. We all know many of their councillors are no better. Kick out lying Labour on May 7th .

I'm not sure Labour's defence on the Mandelson vetting fail is a winner:
"Yes we may lied all the way through this scandal, covering up our lies and then fessing up only after a leak but this time we're not lying, we were just unbelievably incompetent and ridiculously stupid."

What will Western leaders do? Say something, try to stop it or just watch another illegal attack and a whole bunch of war crimes being inflicted on one more country?

At the time of the debate on the Assisted dying bill, supporters of it like Kim Leadbeater said "everything possible should be done to strengthen and extend the provision of palliative (hospice) care services.”
Why am I not hearing from her or Esther Rantzen now?

This chart just shows how much Labour have collapsed. Look at how they stood in Wales in 2021 after Starmer now look at the latest poll. Labour also looking at wipeout in London and Newcastle. All solid Labour 'heartlands'.
This is the last ever Labour majority government.

You just don't see pics like this from Labour, Tories or Reform. No stiff poses or forced smiles.
The Greens are doing something the other parties can't do anymore. They look like human beings who genuinely like each other. In a landscape full of robots, that lands differently than any announcement

Governments including the UK are rushing to copy Australia's teen social media ban.
In Australia? 61% of 12-15 year olds are still on the banned platforms. It didn't work. You won't hear much about that, doesn't suit the narrative.
Regulate the platforms. Ban the harm, not the kids.

2/ ...are Reform and Tory voters. Labour is voluntarily stepping onto their ground, fighting their battle, on their terms. Handing Farage airtime and a culture war distraction right before May 7th. Exactly what he wanted.

1/ Labour picking a Brexit fight weeks before local elections is a strategic gift to Farage and the Tories.
Most voters now think Brexit was a mistake. They don't need relitigating it, they need fixing the NHS, their bills and their wages. The ones who still care passionately about Brexit..

Labour have destroyed themselves, their time is over. The Greens will replace themselves. After the next General Election, Labour will no longer be a major party.

I can't express enough how seriously to take the post below. We're in the calm before the storm. EVEN IF the Straits of Hormuz open up tomorrow, the damage means it will take years to get back to "normal". Also the longer it is before they reopen, the worse things will be.

This is MASSIVE! The Greens beat Reform in Farage's heartland of Kent. Labour 4th proving they're no contender vs Reform.
It's Reform vs the Greens in May, pick a side.
