A celebration of the Equines of Squirrelwood would be remiss without the tiny, but so very special, Pon Pon who taught so many of the herd how to "horse" when they were young. A favorite of all, Pon always had places to go, and his steady presence left quite a legacy behind 💚

I do one on one work with Richie. I’ve also just started inviting him to join while working with another person. Horses read the field beautifully. Their energy is so clear

Disordered eating is hard to overcome esp when drowning in grief and stress. Endocrinology is all hormones and stress tips the scales

Love her. She and my gyn tag team it. Been a rough ride since September but she’s trying. My body just isn’t cooperating and my eating doesn’t help

It isn’t helping. Appointment next week to sort. Been working on it with endo.

Easing back into life. Blood sugar struggles today 🫠

I’m okay. Just in recovery mode. This virus was no joke

Dr tomorrow morning. It was a scary afternoon. Lots of PVCs as well

That has been reading couple days now. It will come down if I lay flat for an hour

So this is pretty random considering my BP is normally low. These past two weeks have been rough. Hopefully it’ll get better now that I’m putting RSV behind me. Dr in the morning
