Oof. Shoulders ruined. #gym

Here we go again... And predictably, the #gym is absolutely rammed. That'll teach me for chilling thus morning instead of getting up super early like normal and hitting it when it's dead.

Speaking of dead, straight in on deadlifts and a hardcore back workout - my first in months. Ouchies again.

First time back at the #gym in over a month, and the sign on the wall says it all. Ouchies all round.

But actually, a pretty decent return session. Like the old adage goes, you get out what you put in.
