We love Keanu Reeves, but his character movie name did not make the cut. So we went with Bodhi.

His name at the humane society was Loki.
In the marvel universe, Loki's brother is Thor.
Also, Ironman's nickname for Thor is "Point Break".
In the movie "Point Break", Patrick Swayze's character is Bodhi.

We still don't have a name. I've been calling him Bub (the way Wolverine calls people Bub) & Bruno.

I was hungry so I walked to the nearby Asian market.

$36.14 later, I came home with enough prepared food for multiple meals for me & my daughter.

The kapoon noodle soup kit ($6.99, bottom right corner of the first photo) alone is enough for two bowls.

I started cycling when I turned 40, after not riding a bike in 20+ years.

I feel more like my teenage self. I'm more active, healthier, happier.

I've rediscovered my community. I've explored bike trails & parts of my city that I never knew were there, all by bike.

I absolutely love it. ❤️

$965/ month to own & operate a new car is absolutely insane.

In contrast, my household has one used car (2021), two bicycles and two bus passes. We also occasionally Uber. Our combined transportation costs for two adults is under $200/ month, including car insurance.
