Therapy can work, meds can work. Try (at least) one if you think even a little bit that it might help you! Therapy is my absolute worst nightmare but it gave me descriptive tools for my feelings. It has not ever actually helped me feel better but it at least helped me name *why* I'm crazy.

Review: 5/10. Nowhere near enough caraway or horseradish. Beef is very good and almost saves it. I'd replace the mozz with bechamel and ditch the caramelized onions, and maybe serve with horseradish on the side or at least up its content
