It something weird I was doing with Surfaces, I just needed to render it a couple of extra pixels around the edge in order to give it space to warp. Managed to fix it finally though 😀

I think for this it will depend on the kind of perspective you are doing in the game. If it is similar to Salene (2.5D) then I think it would be better to move the head to the left and right instead of up and down (like how i do in the running sprite below) and also the bottom back of the dress.

Very true, especially when I start to do lighting changes. I might make them change colour more the closer you get to them, so you have to pay attention.
