It's on when I'm round at my parents' house and I don't think I've ever paid attention to it until tonight where it was like a live action Scooby Doo

Grace on ITV is absolutely ridiculous. This is what people think Hollyoaks is like.

Not been through there on the bus in ages but the announcement used to say "Vestry Road" noticeably quieter than the other stops and it always unnerved me about this one street in Camberwell that has some kind of dread and darkness overhanging its name.

As long as it doesn't need camera permissions.

I saw another interview where he as much as said he's not allowed to talk about it, but you'd think that'd be useful context to interested readers if the journalist has been told similar.

“abandoned by the referee" could be read as the referee decided that it should be abandoned OR that the referee just went home or something

Daily Mirror front page: Family Feud Exclusive - Spite Wedding. Sister-in-law chucks paint over bride on her big day

A BRIDE’S big day was ruined by her sister-in-law hurling black paint over her in a spiteful “revenge” attack.
Gemma Monk, 35, was targeted by Antonia Eastwood, who is married to her brother Ashley. Eastwood, left, admitted criminal damage at Maidstone crown court, Kent.

But Ashley, who has now disowned his sister, insisted: “There’s more to it.”

Love that this story of a bride getting paint chucked on her by her sister-in-law made front page national news. It's the type of thing that would happen in Coronation Street and you'd think it was farfetched.

I stand with this all the way. It's funny when shops try to force digital habits on their flesh and blood cashiers, like "Do you want an email receipt?", and the both of you kind of roll your eyes at it.

really gone hardcore against ordering things online. I will actively make my life hard and bad so long as I don't have to make an account and then deal with FUCKING CARDBOARD turning up at my house just to get a thing

The buns aren't centre in any one of these photos on the UK McDonald's menu.

Silly addendum to this is that the buns are also askew the burger photos everywhere else, but it's not as noticeable because the camera angle compensates.

You ever notice how in the Superman the Movie poster, he's got one fist out, and on Superman II he's got two fists out? Well BUCKLE UP, I gave him three and four fists for Superman III and Superman IV, respectively. Hilarious!

Remember when The Independent did one that was like "Strictly is as tired as the Blackpool ballroom where they host the final"? Heaven forbid the writer actually watch - or heck, even read the Wikipedia page of - the programme they are being paid to make unsolicited recommendations about!
