When I was a kid I didn't understand the meaning of the song Send in the Clowns so I just half interpreted, half imagined it to be about a country losing a war so bad it has to send all of its clowns out to defend the nation and that's why the song is so sad
Fully imagine the way the completed piece/chapter/article should play out, what it's supposed to convey and how, and then start writing at a clipped pace. The combo of a quick mental framework + not giving your brain time to get bogged down in worries about how to write before you've started writing
