Trump administration to pay Michael Flynn in settlement over earlier prosecution The former national security adviser sued during the Biden administration, alleging he was "politically targeted" for his association with Donald Trump's 2016 campaign.

Yes, if Hitler had agreed to leave Poland and if Poland was allowed to charge $1/Nazi that travelled through the Polish corridor after it was conquered.

I like the analogy though - both operations involved a secret deal with the Russians.

Just think - if he hadn't been 'a rat' that would be Michael Cohen right now.

Just a reminder though - Republicans managed to keep a SC seat open for 11 months under a Democrat president. So yes, voting is the most important thing but we also need the people we vote for to understand the moment.

To be fair a lot of outfielders catch that ball ... just not quite in that way.

'Indecisive conviction' is an oxymoron.

And by 'the CIA' he means Shane Gillis.

The theory was Putin helped Trump win the election in exchange for sanctions relief. Everyone from Cohen to Kilimnik to Flynn had a 'peace plan'.

10 years later Trump just says he's ending mail-in voting on advice from Putin. The collusion never stopped, all while the MAGA cult chants 'HOAX'.

I think it's actually because he never considered Iran the enemy. He attacked them because Netanyahu told him to. Netanyahu told him to because he is facing an election. And both these criminals will do whatever they have to to stay in power.

If anybody is still on facebook have you noticed a ton of fake news stories about Katie Johnson (the Trump/Epstein rape accuser) getting arrested for elder abuse and/or fraud? It feels like an attempt to control the narrative of something big that's about to break. Fingers crossed.

That's not why they are doing it though. Whatever the next horror they are planning, they expect to need the full protection of the US military from the people.

Everybody assumes that the war was to distract from the Epstein files but I think that's only half the equation. The war is to help Netanyahu, who is facing an election soon. And Netanyahu was likely privy to the Epstein files.

In other words, I think Trump was blackmailed into a strike.

I think I have a pretty good idea where Russia got that intelligence to begin with.

I think there will be a lot of documentaries and historical dramas centering around Melania in the coming years. This will be the only one rated PG.

He shouldn't stray far from a spider hole the rest of his presidency.

Thank god he protected 'the norms'.

I'm surprised to see Pettitte so high - he doesn't quite measure up on merit alone and he has the HGH taint on him.

He's very good and Conforto was very bad - it's going to be a significant improvement for the Dodgers. I don't really get the hate though - the biggest spending team has a glaring hole and a great player is available to fill it in FA ... it would be shocking if they hadn't signed Tucker.

Even if they did we'd need another 16 GOP Senators to impeach. I think it's an empty threat.

I think they should stand pat and see where they stand at the trade deadline. I really don't mind Mayer & Eaton at 3B with Sogard for depth.

I might be in the minority here but I feel much better about paying a 34-year-old Suarez $26M than a 36-year-old Bregman $30M to jog around the bases for 114 games.

Let Mayer / Sogard / Eaton handle 3B and address at the trade deadline if necessary - we have enough trade chips.

More caution and injury I would think. But I'm OK with not paying a guy $30m/year to jog around the bases, even with good reason.

The problem is most of those working families will have no idea what you did. You won't get an ounce of credit and Republicans will keep on trashing health care under the pretense that they had something better. You should have voted present.

You should have voted present. You can't keep protecting morons from the consequences of their actions. Republicans say the ACA is garbage - let them repeal it, replace it, whatever ... or admit they've been lying for 15 years.

Now we know why they needed 1000 FBI agents working overtime.

I was at the game in Oakland when they collided. Scary moment - they said Damon was so messed up he thought he was playing for the A's.

Ragans for Duran feels like a pretty fair trade.

Trump, Netanyahu & Putin - they all need each other to stay out of prison. What's really scary is when you throw in Putin's relationships with Iran, North Korea & Hamas you can't take anything that happens in the world in their favor at face value. That includes the 10/7 attacks.

It sounds like Cora isn't expecting Duran back.
