Today at recess I was wearing a cardigan sweater. One boy came up to me and said "my mom has some strings like that" pointing to my sweater. So now from now on, cardigans will be known as "strings" 😂😂🤣🤣

I think this might have been my longest week ever. Everything takes 2x as long with only one usable hand and I've been sleeping bad due to pain. But on a positive note, when I mentioned to my kids "Remember I only have one hand!" one girl was like..."No you have 23 hands! All of us!" aw, so sweet!🥹

I actually checked the radar and it seems like maybe the worst is passed, but it's hard to tell because there's something developing in the west. But the temp has dropped so much. Yesterday it was 80 and by bedtime tonight it will be 23 🥶

Last night my incision was painful again, it basically feels like electricity shooting down into my hand at random times. Pretty sure it's something to do with the nerves healing, but I didn't get good sleep bc even the pain medication didn't really help it ugh.
