Do you want to see our impression of a dog?
I believe this is the doomsday scenario known as 'The Sing-Hilarity'
One of my greatest career achievements was persuading a Director of Marketing that carousels are bad UX and don't work.
Only managed it once. And like all Directors of Marketing they left within a year.
But i still remember that day. I felt so alive.
To address climate change, we need to slash greenhouse gas emissions.
But where do they come from?
- Energy (burning and producing fossil fuels)
- Industry (beyond energy, cement, refrigerants, and landfills emit a lot)
- Food (cleaning forests, burping cows, nitrous oxide)

Wicken Fen was the National Trust’s first nature reserve, with two acres bought in 1899. Since then, and many acquisitions later, the reserve has expanded to over 2000 acres.
It is an exceptionally rare historic fragment of the managed sedge fens once widespread across the region.
Pope Leo has lost the Protestants, I repeat Pope Leo has lost the Protestants, this is unpreced—
<wait my producer is just whispering something in my ear>
Apparently this is precedented
A runner in a light blue headband, matching blue vest and black shorts runs on a manicured green lawn outside a grand sand-coloured stone mansion with two stone pillars
A man in a blue National Trust running vest and black shorts runs up a grassy hill towards a line of trees under a blue sky dotted with clouds
Now that's what we call challenge…
This is Nathan. He is running 131 miles to celebrate 131 years of the National Trust. And he’s doing it in 9 days. He'll run 8 half marathons at National Trust locations around England and Wales, and then on the 9th day he'll run the full London Marathon. Phew!
Similar but "atheist", an "I'm happy to have a lengthy chat about any of your magical stories" look in my eye, and a tendency to engage the non-talking one to confuse them. They tend to sod off fairly quickly.
Unless it's an aging work machine in which case it'll probably be poor, dreadful later.
I had to google it. Macbook Pro. You might think they're a cult, I couldn't possibly comment.

Dear Hive mind,
Increasingly frustrated with MS and it's operating system and looking to switch - any recommendations for a "Techno-illiterate" and that has a reasonably straight-forward integration process of all my current data and files? Calling @oldscouserp.eurosky.social @clownf1st.bsky.social
Hi Dave, I'm with the other suggestion, look at Linux. The software you want drives your choices. And most cloud-based file sharing etc can be accessed from most platforms.

Separate polling repeatedly shown there is a majority acceptance of Freedom of Movement not being an issue.
Schengen is a complete Red Herring as UK already has it's very own Schengen! It's a word used to frighten people!

You suddenly bolt awake shivering. It is 13 October 1066, and you are William of Normandy. You call your retainers and once ordered, reluctantly they begin marching back to the shore and your waiting fleet. The cursed future you saw shall not come to pass.
🚨🚨New @bestforbritain.org report argues I think convincingly that a push for UK membership of the EU would galvanise support among progressive voters, recognising that other halfway options such as customs union or EEA are would offer to limited benefits. 🧵 www.bestforbritain.org/push_for_eu_...
we all know I have no life, so:
The image shows two tall, menacing Triffid plants standing in a garden in front of a traditional two-storey stone house. The Triffids have thick, woody bases that transition into long, pale yellowish-green stalks. These stalks curve upwards, ending in large, fleshy, orange-red flower heads that resemble ragged, open funnels. The plant on the right is significantly taller than the one on the left, reaching up towards the first-floor balcony. In the background, the house features large white-framed windows with light-coloured shutters on the ground floor. Lush green trees and foliage surround the scene, adding to the overgrown and slightly eerie atmosphere.

Aluminium used to build cars can now be reused to build cars. A new alloy called RidgeAlloy turns contaminated scrap into strong structural vehicle parts. This solves the problem where recycled aluminium from mixed or dirty auto scrap was too weak for structural use buff.ly/tmDSuWf
