In this case the town does not have jurisdiction, so it went to court to claim that it should. Best part is that the zoning board voted 2-1 in favor of the solar panels but it had to be unanimous.
My personal opinion, based on lots of reporting I've seen, is that there was nothing wrong with Biden's mental acuity but that he was only good for about six hours a day. He could get through his presidency with good people around him. (And he did.)

If Democrats can't talk about democracy as well as the economy, they feed the impression that fascism is OK as long as prices come down. To update Carville's old dictum: It's not just the economy, stupid.
It’s very easy to do on Xitter. I didn’t think you could on Facebook. How?
Goldberg: At magazines like The Atlantic, we don’t have objectivity. We have fairness. You can make an argument.

I make some use of it to surface stuff I wouldn’t otherwise see. Mainly I use a list that’s a subset of my Following feed.

Nyuk nyuk nyuk.
Hard to compete with the Magnificent Muffin, especially since its location is better.
I bought coffee there a few times. Nice place, great people, but it always seemed like an uphill climb. Such a tiny space.
