I'd say switching die sizes is a psychological design flourish. I'm guessing the Draculas get d10s? Switching to bigger dice (or watching an opponent switch) would feel momentous, a bit of an "oh shit" moment.

If you wanted to do #OnePiece as a #ttrpg, you could really cook with Rebels of the Outlaw Wastes. Misfit outlaws vs. authoritarians, over-the-top action, WEIRD FASHION, Drives=dreams. Making friends and whooping ass are equally strong options. Rules to make your own world, including an aquatic one!

I have a conflict this year, so won't be there this year, but maybe next year! Thanks for sharing your experiences. I didn't really know anyone beforehand, and have a consolidator for retail that sells much better than I do. I met a few designers in the playtest area, that was the highlight for me!
