"If you were in charge of Star Trek, what would you do?"

When a trans woman first accused Jeffrey Epstein of rape the media mocker her

The first person to expose Jeffrey Epstein was a trans woman named Ava Cordero. She wasn't listened to and was openly mocked and he went on to abuse thousands of other women and children as a result

Beauty And The Beast by Jean Cocteau possibly. I haven't seen many films from this specific year, but Cocteau is one of my favorite artists and the way he blends the fairytale with his expressionism creates this Gothic atmosphere that really resonated when I was 16.

I think there's a difference between making fictional terrorists your protagonists and doing the same thing with actual organizations.

Even if you wanted to claim “vampires in a bar” was QT’s idea, in From Dusk Till Dawn, the characters are lured into a bar run by vampires whereas in Sinners, the vampires invade a bar run by humans. It is literal night and day in terms of setting and structure.

Writers need to write with the impression, the hope, that their readers or viewers are as intuitive as they are, that they can pick up on aspects of characters without having to constantly remind the audience.
It's not anyone's fault we live in a right-wing anti-intellectual society.

I especially don't think anyone at the White House has actually paid attention to Breaking Bad. Likely only knows it from memes to manipulate people into giving in to "hype and aura".

It doesn't help that a lot of the people who think he's cool can't read the most obvious subtext, and some of them probably didn't even watch the show.
It's not the show's fault.
There's a scene where a character tells Walt to kill himself, what else could they do?

One of the most terrifying villains on television, and it's just laughing at the camera and the editor being David Lynch.
