I truly wish there was a way to do a typed interview as well. I'm not good at verbal interviews. I constantly forget to add things, even when they're written down in front of my face.
It's very difficult for me to make myself look good when I struggle to verbalize all my points.
I hope I did good on my phone interview. It feels like I'll never get a job because there's always going to be someone more experienced and no one wants to train me even though I learn quickly.
I'm just so tired of being put down when I find a job that's a great fit for my neurodivergence. Sigh.
