A great win for Derry today, not a statement win but it's not time for them yet! A huge semi-final to look forward to, Cavan or Monaghan in the Ulster Championship will be one hell of a test!

Haven't listened yet but will get a chance tomorrow.

Speaking to a few people today & the view was, at what point do questions get asked about the coaching of the team? They've had them since January & we don't look well coached or drilled at all.

Teams that kick most two-pointers likely to lead the way in football championship What trends appeared during this year’s Allianz Football League that might serve as a barometer for what we can expect in the provincial and All-Ireland football championships? Undoubtedly the most obvious one is that the teams with a greater ability to kick two-pointers are likely to be the most successful.

The fact that the archive is not regularly updated really irks me! There were some amazing championship matches they could add. Derry Vs Down in the Ulster Championship 1994, Offaly Vs Derry All Ireland Hurling Q/F 2000, Cork Vs Wexford drawn game 2003.

*Yes, I'm from Derry, but you get the point.

Simple, the VFL highlights used to be on Channel 4 on a Saturday morning. I'd watch them every week hoping that @stkildafc.bsky.social would get a win, they only got 2 & I supported them every since. That was in 1986, 30 years and still going strong.

Same rules for everyone, won't be long until he uses them to his advantage! Play on!

Listening to Philly McMahon talking about the game, would have loved to see what he would have brought to the table had he backed himself and taken on the Derry job, if, as reported, he had taken the job on.

Derry very good in the first 20 minutes, be interesting to see how we play in the 2nd half.

Plenty of county players are very capable of popping over from outside the arc, especially with minimal pressure like we are seeing in this area. Hopefully Derry players start backing themselves with this in the 2nd half!
