A string of wind-blown bloops and broken-bat dribblers led to 1 run in the 8th and 4 in the 9th for the Renegades. The Cyclones had several chances in the 9th to close it out but failed.

Another game for the "Pat's teams will never win another game until the end of time" file (yes the Mets lost). 🤮

It was very cold (around 42° F), and with a wind chill, but we had a good time. The Cyclones had the lead for almost the entire game... 😀

I just learned about Candy this morning.

I'm very sad to hear of the passing of two great planetary scientists, and two very nice people. I didn't work closely with either of them, but I've known Candy since grad school at UCLA (87-88), and I've seen Paul share his enthusiasm for dancing at several meetings. Rest in Peace, Candy and Paul.

Just my son being a bit too overly literal 😂
