The solution is building a team appropriate for the task, NOT trying to solve it through some technology silver bullet.
But there is a real chance that that could get much harder to build those teams if companies rush to replace the junior artist with AI and erode the long term talent pool.

It might sound boring but, if the content you need to produce exceeds the capacity of your current team, you have staffing issue, not a technology issue.
Creating non-critical assets is what you have juniors for, and them learning from these lower risk tasks is a crucial part of the ecosystem.
Of course there are plenty of examples procedural workflows that aren't stealing from anyone and still let creators maintain authorship. There is no issue with using an algorithm to "grow" a plant model or using noise to place those plants along the forest floor.
