(9) Anyway, bottom line is, I was lied to multiple times about multiple things. I think it's poor that I had to find out I didn't get the job from a stranger's linkedin post that I only saw bc the HR person I'm connected to responded to.

(8) So, I guess he's a God since I was told I'd be "perfect", yet he is "more closely aligned" with what they're looking for.

(7) Over 24 hours later, she finally responded to my last email, in which she started with, "Happy New Year!", to formally reject me, saying that they chose someone "more closely aligned" to the position.

(6) A congradluatory post from a WEEK AGO from the guy they hired for this position, complete with a friendly response from thr HR person who was supposed to contact me "either way" and whom I am also connected to on linkedin.

(5) So I drafted another email and sent it. I go back to linkedin and what pops up?

(4) Right away, I get an email back saying they were going to make their decision that week and would let me know "either way". Fast forward to late last week. Still no word on whether or not I got the job. The same exact job posting pops up on indeed and linkedin.

(3) I was told I'd hear back "either way" before Thanksgiving and if not, then right after Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving came and went. Mid-December rolls around so I reach out to see what's going on.

(2)The job was posted, I applied and was offered an interview for a date in mid-November. They were 15 min late and never once offered an apology or explanation. The vibe was WEIRD. I can't even explain it, but nothing like the interview in August.

(1) These HR people need to do better. After applying to a job in March 2024, I was invited in for an interview in August. 2 weeks after the interview, I was called and told I was not chosen for that position. However, they'd be opening up a position in October that I'd be "perfect for".
