logging on to say that I had a good time with the mechanics of pathologic 3 and didn't really mind the bugginess because quest issues are like a trashcan fire compared to the massive refinery explosion that is the MISOGYNY

some force the camera to zoom in, and change the lighting (untill we interact and then leave the examination screen)
some just spawn in regularly
