It looks like Azshara is trying to mimic Haidene’s drapes! Makes sense considering some of the High Priestesses were seen as avatars of Elune on Azeroth and Azshara hoped to eclipse even the Goddess in power and beauty! You can see them in these screenshots.

Astranaar in canon was one of the Kaldorei’s largest cities, and the largest city to the south. Client expects us to believe that the Kaldorei will play nice when for decades they were being killed wantonly by the Horde and losing all their ancient cities. Not to mention sharing Nighthaven.
