Yeah but that ain't rules that's tables, tables are worlds. No one cares about how many words are in a world

Read the GM advice in EB. I like that module, if you're looking for others I have a free one called The Positronic Library. It's a dungeon, basically.
I've also had great success with the Alchemist's Repose by Ben Milton and EB.
The forms are using Alegreya. The sheet was drawn by Francesco Zanieri so they use whatever font he made up?
What architecture is the linux binary compiled for?
It looks like ARM
Most of us use x86_64
Now you have my attention
That's Keny Widjaja! He's great.
I've uploaded all 20 form-fillable pregens to my Itch page. You can grab them as a single zip, which contains PDFs, PNGs, a template, etc.

You can now purchase physical copies of Ruin of Reputation by @orchardmartin.bsky.social on the Cairn Store!

Cool. I'm updating them today to better fit the page (among other minor tweaks) if you wanted to wait a day.
Good module buy now
Glad you made it into a blog!
I've created printable (and editable) pregens of all 20 Cairn 2e backgrounds. These took way longer than they should have.

Send me a DM on discord, that's what you need to do.
This Brazilian Portuguese cover to Cairn: Barebones Edition by @crawlstilho.bsky.social is really amazing.
Cover art for a Rare Bird, a Swyvers TTRPG adventure. It depicts a decadent feast, with the heads of two black swans laid centrally across the table
Getting the finishing touches together on a decadent little Swyvers adventure/setting, served up in full-fat form very soon. Hope you haven't eaten yet!
Today on Between Two Cairns, @bradkerr.net, @betterlegends.bsky.social and I are joined by @outridercreative.bsky.social to review Red Gwen's Bandit Hideout by Stonedrunkwizard, answer a mootsack question, and make a ruling.

As a follow-up to last week's post about writing modules, I wrote another post on writing adventures for Cairn, and how that might be different than other OSR systems.

There are a lot of people who also want that
Hey it's been 6 months since the release of the physical product, so my science fantasy cairn hexcrawl adventure The Door in Murex Canyon now has a home printing release.

If you want to buy a cool tote bag and/or stickers (with incredible art by @amandalee.bsky.social) on it, you finally can!
Yes, stickers. The people demand it. T-shirts are also available.

In a very special bonus episode of Between Two Cairns, @bradkerr.net, @betterlegends.bsky.social and I discuss why we play OSR games.

D&D lol
Isn't knucklebones already a game?
Damn that's good
That is the intention. You give your all for combat but there is a death spiral if you start losing energy. The standard model doesn't make for interesting play on repeated attempts, at least in playtesting.
All of this is still in flux, of course. So maybe it'll change.
My son suggested "Fingers Up!"
All very good
I've updated my diceless resolution system to include combat, magic, and classes. I'll probably tweak it some more in the future.
For now it just needs a name. Any suggestions? I was thinking something along the lines of "Fate & Fingers" but less terrible.

I think we are back!’🤘🏾
