A mother lode.
In the shade of scrub pines around the dunes of Cape Cod grow delicate orchids familiarly known as Pink Lady Slippers. In folklore they’re seen as symbols of fortune, fertility, transformation, and links between the physical and spirit world.

Thanks for your kind words. You’re certainly not alone in feeling lost and searching for direction in this infuriating fascist abyss. I wish I had some answers myself. But I haven’t lost faith that we will get through this somehow.

My painting practice has been kind of slow these past few months because after my show I decided to dive in to a long-planned home renovation. I did work on a few paintings. I’m not sure if it’s finished, but is anything, ever?
