So it actually sounds like a real person. It almost had me fooled. I asked them about it and they said it cuts down on customer calls because a lot of them don’t realize it’s AI. It transcribes what the customer called about so they don’t have to listen to voicemails…

The auto repair place we use has an AI agent answering the phone when a person can’t get to it. Not only can it take messages and forward to their staff, it can actually check your car’s status if updated in their system. And - it’s audio has background noise….
