Sculpting was the easiest solution in my head but I don't want it to look segmented or have 10 quintillion quads, advice is appreciated tutorials would also be very helpful. This isn't supposed to be an nsfw model btw i'm modeling Xuxu and want to be able to switch out her outfits later.
