Yeah I get that. With the premier league so big now not every fan can attend games. However i genuinely think it would put smaller clubs out of business. Which isn’t worth it, in my opinion.

Because as it stands 95% of games are played on a Saturday at 3pm. With nothing on TV it means smaller teams get good crowds. Big games have to be at a different time. If Man U vs Arsenal was now on TV at 3pm, fans of Oldham might decide to stay home and watch that instead. Does that make sense?
