After lab sessions we hold class circles to discuss on what worked.
I always encourage them to ask questions, raise hands if they need any support , I always try to appriciate and encourage them do better.
Before starting a new unit I help them to access our acticatve learning.

Activities : In group projects I combine SWD students with students who care mostly and help them. And also I use summeries which help to navigate them.
Homework: I provide them to make choices to submit their work asa video, models, or a diagram.

Accomodation : To support ADHD,I provide graphic organizers for discussions and digital modeling tools and simulations instead of extensive writing.
Modification : I modify expected output of a model instead of written explanations. Example : labeled stroy board, verbal summary.

I use multiple means of explanations within the OpenScied curriculum by providing tiered and differentiate explanations with the aid of visuals and audios for initial models and other more complex chemistry concepts.
