I just finished The Last Dangerous Visions (edited by Harlan Ellison). This anthology was originally supposed to come out in 1974 and the first "story" details why it took 50 years to be released.

Let me tell you, the Dangerous Visions in the book don't hold a candle to what is happening right now.
