I hate the pitch clock so much

I would have a vanilla latte and egg bites for breakfast in the morning and then occasionally as a “treat” for dinner I would get two pints of halo top since they’re each under 350 calories and would have those for dinner 😂

still created a caloric deficiency, so I was still able to loose weight lol

I did this and lost weight, you can too 😉
