not that you cant have extremely well done small projects of course, love a good miniseries, but sometimes im watching st and going "man i wish this was a cheap ass 90s style animated 70 episode cartoon instead." some of these projects would really benefit from breathing room and filler!
ironically I feel like the level of polish "required" by indie animation in this way actually ends up reducing the overall quality of the project a lot of the time just due to "oh fuck we need to plan for a reaalllyy short project length because we only have the budget for 10 extremely polished eps"

I know the U.S. still makes you *continue* to file as long as youre a U.S. citizen and all that shit, but I would expect other countries to at least care about taxes the year you moved.
Then again for other countries with better tax systems, "filing" just means they tell u how much you owe, so

u.s. citizens living abroad usually still have to file taxes. Depending on your situation you may not have to PAY any taxes (sometimes youre able to exclude all your income under "foreign earned income" or have taxes reduced to zero with foreign tax credit) but you still gotta file to say u owe zero

The blonde woman is looking back at her dogs, guilt on her face. "...but they're just SO yummy!" she says! Sad trombone goes here. That's my comic!
